Sundar joined Freestyle in June 2017. He brings 18 years of IoT, Cloud and enterprise software product commercialisation and delivery experience gained at HP Enterprise, Telstra, Accenture and Nokia Networks across Asia-Pacific and Europe. 

Sean brings over 20 years of experience, including CIO of Pentana Solutions, and senior development roles at Liberty Financial, CoolTrax, Advanta Software and 3M.

Sung-Ha Kim or SH is the Country MD of Freestyle Korea. He brings 25 years of experience from senior roles at Adobe, SAP, IBM and Hyundai Motor Corporation.

Steve is Country MD at Freestyle Taiwan. He brings 20+ years of experience gained at Splunk, VMWare, Huawei, Delta Electronics and Ericsson.

Yoshio brings considerable expertise and experience in developing business within Japan. He specialises in IoT, AI and digital marketing.

Mohan joined Freestyle in the role of Managing Director in September 2013. He is a highly experienced business leader with a track record of creating substantial growth in shareholder value across diverse industries, most recently as MD Gaming & Group Marketing with Tabcorp. Other senior roles with Telecom NZ and AMP have strengthened his strategic, operational and analytic capabilities. Mohan has a passion for building great organisations, cultures and capability. He is relishing the challenge of taking Freestyle Technology to the next level in achieving its full technical and commercial potential.

Keith Jelley became Chief Operating Officer in December 2016 after joining Freestyle in April 2014 as General Manager Operations. Keith has more than 35 years experience in operations and technology development across 9 countries, delivering mission critical systems and transformations through major programs in the military, telecommunications and embedded systems industries. Prior to joining Freestyle, Keith held senior leadership positions in Tabcorp Holdings’ Gaming Division during his 9 year tenure there. As Chief Operating Officer, Keith is responsible for Freestyle Technology’s technical strategy, development, production, deployment, customer support, project planning and governance.

Bob Watson is a successful CEO, Company Director and entrepreneur with over 30 years experience building, managing and directing private and public companies globally. His major areas of business focus have been Information Technology and the Internet although he has also been involved in Biotechnology and other business sectors.

 

Bob has previously been the CEO of several large and profitable IT companies in Australia and the UK.

 

He was Chairman of ASX50 company SEEK and Cytopia, a director of Virgin Airlines and a director of NASDAQ listed company YM Biosciences. Bob was also a director of an Australian based Technology focused Investment Bank and has significant experience in M&A and capital raising.  

 

He founded, managed and ultimately sold several businesses in Information Technology, Professional Services and Contract Labour.  One such business, ICON, employed over 1,000 staff with branches in every Australian state, NZ, Singapore and Hong Kong and was twice recognised as the fastest growing private company in Australia. 

 

Bob continues to act as non-executive director and investor for private technology start-ups providing strategic guidance and commercial support for founders.

Mohan has more than 30 years business experience, is a highly regarded business leader with a proven track record in building reputable businesses, and has substantial shareholder value in diverse industries. Prior to joining Freestyle Technology, Mohan worked for Tabcorp Holdings Limited as a Managing Director of Gaming & Group Marketing (Turnover $15B) for 6 years. Mohan has also built a solid reputation with Telecom Corporation NZ where he served in a number of roles including Managing Director of Telecom mobile. Prior to that he fulfilled various senior management roles with National Mutual Life Association. 

Marco has 20+ years experience providing specialist taxation and structuring advice. He established SGe in 2011 as a boutique provider of strategic planning, business planning and execution, tax and corporate structuring, transaction negotiation, entrepreneurial partnerships and venture capital, organisational governance and mediation. Marco was the National Managing Partner of KPMG’s Private Enterprise practice which employed over 500 personnel.
