Joon-Young Jee has a highly successful sales and management background in the Korean ICT industry having delivered impressive results across government, enterprise and channel clients. For the last 8 years Mr. Jee delivered very high growth as Representative Director at Adobe Systems Korea, by transforming their business model and structure; and before that, he sustained a long and successful 19 year career at IBM Korea as enterprise sales manager and head of channel business.

Brad Affleck joined Freestyle in March 2012 as International Business Development after seven years with Flarion/Qualcomm.  Brad has extensive business development experience within APAC.   As International Business Development Manager, Brad is responsible for Freestyle’s further expansion into the Asia and globally.

Mohan joined Freestyle in the role of Managing Director in September 2013. He is a highly experienced business leader with a track record of creating substantial growth in shareholder value across diverse industries, most recently as MD Gaming & Group Marketing with Tabcorp. Other senior roles with Telecom NZ and AMP have strengthened his strategic, operational and analytic capabilities. Mohan has a passion for building great organisations, cultures and capability. He is relishing the challenge of taking Freestyle Technology to the next level in achieving its full technical and commercial potential.

Keith Jelley became Chief Operating Officer in December 2016 after joining Freestyle in April 2014 as General Manager Operations. Keith has more than 35 years experience in operations and technology development across 9 countries, delivering mission critical systems and transformations through major programs in the military, telecommunications and embedded systems industries. Prior to joining Freestyle, Keith held senior leadership positions in Tabcorp Holdings’ Gaming Division during his 9 year tenure there. As Chief Operating Officer, Keith is responsible for Freestyle Technology’s production, deployment, customer support, project planning and governance.

Jamie Chard joined Freestyle in August 2014 as Chief Technology Officer. Jamie commenced his career as a telecommunications engineer in the early 1990s. After spending nine years at Telstra Research Laboratories developing  technologies such as ATM, Intelligent Networks, Voice over IP, MPLS, and early social media applications, Jamie moved into Telstra’s main engineering arm. Jamie was responsible for the delivery of a number of cutting-edge technology products, including the content systems and products for Telstra’s NextG network launch, and the definition of corporate technology strategies. Since leaving Telstra Jamie has worked in the UK and Australia developing new business initiatives, concentrating on technology strategy, building engineering capability, product definition and management, policy formulation, industry engagement and regulatory aspects. Jamie has a passion for achieving outcomes, through drive, focus and team building.

Brett Barningham joined Freestyle in February 2017 as Global Sales Director. Brett recently completed 5 years as the Managing Director - Software Services at New Era Technology, a $100m revenue business providing SaaS and other cloud based offerings. Prior to this time, Brett spent 9 years with AT&T across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, this included 2 years as the Taiwan Country Manager and also spent 4 years at Telstra as a Senior Sales Leader. Brett brings a wealth of experience in building high performance teams and the commercialisation and sale of leading edge technology. Having worked throughout the Asia Pacific he has an excellent understanding of Freestyle’s target markets and the required channels to serve them best.
